When the workshop moved, it was discovered that there were multiple identical tools. I knew this to some extent, but this was not good for my time or mental health.
I created separate rooms for tools by putting them in drawers so that they were organized, starting with those with clear uses.
Apparently there is something called a Kaizen board overseas, but it doesn't seem to be available in Japan, so I decided to use a laminated cushioning material. They seem to be pretty much the same thing, and the only color available is white. I think the black Kaizen board is good because dirt doesn't stand out, and I think shiny tools on a black background look cool.
I also thought that the location might change, so this time I made it using laminated cushioning material.
