An artisan is someone who, despite their superior technique, does not master the essence of art and therefore creates works that do not move the viewer. The Artisan Collection Short cannot create nature by itself, but rather allows you to feel the charm of nature in your hands.
By using the epidermis side of the briar at the end of the cap, you can feel the natural beauty and diversity, as well as the complexity and strength of the knot grain.
The design has been redesigned specifically for the Artisan Collection Short from the base Short+ design. "The accents on the body were too overwhelming and unbearable (re-expression)" and "The balance of the accents on the body was reviewed."
The black parts are made of ebonite. Ebonite is a semi-natural resin invented by Goodyear in 1839, named for its appearance similar to ebony. It is not a plastic, but is classified as a "hard rubber" of natural rubber. Ebonite's soft texture is similar to human skin, not too cold, and feels comfortable in your fingers, with a warm feel. Carbon is mixed in to prevent discoloration.
The nib, which can be said to be the heart of a fountain pen, is made by JOWO.
